Coming off a difficult year the Cab/Merlot is a particularly good wine as of December 2022. The palate is well structured with nice colour and ripe fruits that has good acids and fine-grained tannins. This wine will still improve with further cellaring and is a classic cool climate Cabernet that will reward over time.
